My husband and I both work full time while raising two young kids. Life is good but things had gotten pretty hectic. I got to the point when I looked in the mirror I did not recognize myself. That's when I called Carl. He worked around my schedule and as the weeks rolled by my energy came back as my stress went out the window. When my co-workers noticed the change I knew I had done the right thing. Now my husband is looking into sessions as well. I am very happy.

This is what I do. We meet once a week for a 50 minute session through FaceTime, Skype, or simply over the phone. We discuss where you want to be. We search for answers and the habits that will get you there. Each week you are held accountable. What you did right. What you did wrong. I won't judge you for a moment but I'll support you every day of the week. As you take on more good habits you will have less room for the bad ones. As your health and wellness improve you will see that investing in yourself pays off in huge dividends.

 

There are 3 ways you can work with me. With a single session, 12 session or 16 session package.

Single

2 HOUR SESSION - $150

Prior to this meeting you receive a free Health History questionnaire. By answering its questions it gives both of us an outline of what your needs are and where you want to go.

We go through this session addressing those needs and creating a "map" if you will. A list of habits to incorporate and perhaps things you need to remember about yourself.

12 Sessions

$75 per session

This process begins the same as the Single Session. The difference now is these
sessions are 50 minutes long and are spread out over the course of 12 weeks. This is the preferable way to work. It allows time for habits to form and create permanent growth.

The better habits you adopt, the more your health will improve. The more your health improves the more good habits you will adopt.

16 Sessions

$60 per session

This process begins the same as the Single Session. The difference now is these sessions are 50 minutes long and spread out over the course of 16 weeks. The longer period allows for your wellness to become ingrained.

This Is How It Works

Schedule your free session:

Contact me anytime and we can set up a free 30 minute session. During this time we can get a sense of each other and how this process works. It's important to feel comfortable with the person you are working with.

Start your program:

If you are ready to begin, simply book whatever package best suits your needs. I will send you your Health History questionnaire. On it there are no right or wrong answers. By going through the questionnaire (don't worry, it's short) and getting it back to me it allows both of us to see what is going on. Whatever you want to work on will literally be spelled out in black and white.

The steps we take will be steady and consistent.

Feel better and love yourself again:

It is not uncommon that towards the end of this process clients will thank me for the changes they have made. I always remind them they should be thanking themselves. I just held up the mirror.
